1. All high pressure vortex fans continue to operate under load, requiring filtration of the gas ring, which inevitably leads to an increase in fan temperature. After detecting the overall temperature of the fan, our team has made the following analysis results for the temperature rise of various parts of the fan for user reference.
2. When the inlet temperature of the vortex fan does not exceed 40 ℃, the outlet temperature can reach 180 ℃ depending on the load, and the temperature at the front bearing can reach 120 ℃ or more. This has serious damage and harm to the insulation life of the motor and the bearings, so it is necessary to ensure that the fan operates under the verified load.
3. The rear bearing bears less load and the temperature is not high. The motor housing has a rear fan cover for heat dissipation, and the surface temperature does not exceed 60 ℃.
4. Bearing life is the guarantee of fan life. For temperature rise, we have introduced a fan with bearings isolated outside the air chamber. Ensure a lower bearing temperature and ensure that the bearing will not exceed 110 ℃ under the maximum dead load, which is safe and reliable.
