Impeller aerators need frequent maintenance

1. All the oil in the gearbox of the new impeller aerator must be replaced after 500 hours of cumulative use;

2. Pay attention to remove the attachments on the impeller to keep the impeller in working condition. After the year is used, it should be rust-removed, painted with anti-rust paint and maintained once, and the oil is changed.

Surge aerators are dismantled and stored

1. It is basically the same as the impeller type, and it needs to be noted that the blades on the floating body of the surge machine are removed and stored to avoid being crushed;

2. After the newly added oxygen machine has been used for 250 hours, all the lubricating oil in the reduction box should be replaced once, and the lubricating oil should be replaced once a year in the future. When dismantling and storing the surge machine, note that the blades on the floating body of the surge machine are removed and stored to avoid being crushed.

Waterwheel aerator should not be left idle in the open air

1. After the newly added oxygen machine has been used for 250 hours, all the lubricating oil in the gearbox should be replaced once, and the lubricating oil should be replaced every 1 year thereafter;

Microporous aerators must be sheltered

1. After the new machine is installed, first check that the rotation of the motor is consistent with the mark on the fuselage;

2. Check whether the screws are loose and the tension of the transmission belt every month, and tighten and adjust them;

3. Check the lubricating oil level before starting the machine, and replenish it in time if it is found to be insufficient, replace the lubricating oil every 1 year, and refill the motor bearing grease once a year;

4. Clean the air filter regularly, and replace it in time when it is damaged;

5. Please don't install the fan in places where people often pass by and children often go in and out to prevent injuries and burns;

6. When the fan is installed outdoors, try to install it in a well-ventilated place, and be sure to set up a rain shed. Roots blower is exposed outdoors, if it rains, there is a potential leakage hazard;

7. Clean the inside of the pipeline to prevent debris from entering;

8. The space around the fan should meet the requirements for fan disassembly and maintenance;

9. After the dry pond is not used in winter, put the aeration plate in a clean place beside the pond.
